The Shop
Where are you located?
We’re located at the edge of the Neighborhood of the Arts, at 360 Culver Road near University Avenue in Rochester, New York.
What are your store hours?
Typically our shop is open Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm, and Saturday 9am – 3pm. Holiday hours vary so please call the shop at 585-271-0610 for updates.
Orders & Delivery
Do you deliver?
Yes! Our flower delivery service includes Rochester and surrounding areas. Please see our delivery area page for details.
What if the recipient is not home?
If possible, we’ll leave the item in a secure area. If that isn’t an option, we’ll leave a missed delivery tag in the door and attempt to reach the recipient by phone to reschedule.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards and cash.
Can I place an order online?
In order to provide each customer with personal service, we do not accept online orders. To place an order, please call 585-271-0610. For all other inquiries, use our contact form or visit our shop. We’d love to meet you!
Will you ship out of town?
Absolutely! Please call the shop to discuss your request. Please note that out-of-town fresh flower orders will be fulfilled through our Teleflora service.
Gifts
I need to buy a gift. Can you help me choose the right item?
Yes, we carry a large selection of unique gifts and home décor items and would love to help you find the perfect piece. We also offer custom gift baskets that can be personalized for any occasion.
Do you offer food baskets?
We do! Our gourmet food baskets can be customized for any occasion and can include items such as fine cheese, chocolates, fresh fruit, dried fruit, snacks, non-alcoholic beverages and more.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we offer gift certificates in any denomination. To purchase, stop by the shop or call 585-271-0610. We can also deliver a gift certificate along with a plant, fresh flowers or other gift item, or mail them to a recipient.
Flowers & Plants
Do you offer custom floral design services?
Yes, it is one of our specialties!
Will you create a custom arrangement in my container?
Of course! Please bring your container to the shop so we can discuss your vision.
Do you carry live plants?
We do. Our inventory varies but we have a fine selection of green plants, featuring a variety of succulents and bloomers.
What types of faux plants do you carry?
We carry a large selection of many varieties.
Flower Care Tips
What is the best way to help my fresh floral arrangement last?
For arrangements in a vase, change the water frequently and, if possible, keep a fresh cut on the stems. For arrangements that contain OASIS floral foam, add water as needed.
What is the best way to clean my silk arrangement?
Silk arrangements require very little care! Just use a hair dryer set on a no-heat setting to dust them off.
Weddings
How far will you travel for a wedding?
We will travel throughout the Greater Rochester region including surrounding suburbs and to all Finger Lakes locations.
I live out of town and cannot meet in person until just before my wedding. Can I still work with you?
Absolutely! We will be happy to work with you via phone.
Do you charge for consultations?
No, we do not charge for consultations.
Do you have a minimum fee for weddings?
We do not. Our wedding services and fees are customized based upon your needs.
When should I book my wedding consultation?
Ideally, you should book one year ahead of your wedding date to ensure availability. However, shorter time frames are also welcome.
What should I bring to my consultation?
Your dreams! It can also be helpful to bring images of flowers, arrangements, colors or anything else you love and want to share during your consultation.
Do you require a deposit to save a date?
Yes, a deposit is required to hold the date.
When is my payment due?
Full payment is due three weeks prior to the wedding date.
Do you offer wedding décor other than flowers?
Yes, we have a very creative wedding department that makes use of silk flowers, candles, props, arches, silk trees and other accessories.
Do you offer décor rentals?
Yes, this service is available to our brides.
Will you coordinate with my other vendors?
Yes, we’ll be happy to coordinate with your other vendors.
Special Events
Do you offer services for events other than weddings?
Yes, we offer event services from intimate gatherings to formal events. Whether you’re planning a birthday, shower or anniversary celebration, we can help bring your vision to life.
Do you offer setup and breakdown services?
Of course! You decide what services you need and we will tailor our proposal to fit.
Decorating Services
Do you offer in-home decorating services?
